Delhi University opens SOL, DDCE and COL admissions for 2026-27 academic session

The University of Delhi on Tuesday announced the commencement of admissions to the Department of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), the School of Open Learning (SOL), and the Campus of Open Learning (COL) for all undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. 

Students can apply through the SOL admission portal. 

Payal Mago, Director, COL, said a special WhatsApp API integration feature had been introduced in the admission portal this year. Under the initiative, students will receive one-time passwords and admission updates via WhatsApp on their registered mobile numbers. 

Ms. Mago also announced that the SOL would introduce two new courses from the 2026-27 academic session — MBA (Healthcare) and B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science.
