What to Bring to the 2026 Graduate School Entrance Exam
You can find the date and location of the exam in your personal account. To be admitted to the exam room, you must have two documents: your original passport (or other form of identification) and your original exam admission ticket.
Additionally, the UCOKO recommends printing out your admission pass. This is not a mandatory requirement, but it will significantly speed up the check-in process. Before the exam, be sure to check your exam admission slip: it must include your photo, the signature of the responsible official, and the university’s seal.
What to do if you lose your exam admission slip
You will not be able to take the exam without the original exam admission slip. If you lose it, you must immediately contact the admissions office of the university that registered you for the entrance exams.

What time does admission to the exam close?
Admission to the testing site begins 30 minutes before the exam and ends completely 5 minutes before the exam starts. After that time, the doors close, and latecomers will not be admitted to the exam. You must plan your route in advance.
How to Register for the Make-up Session
Applicants who missed the exam for a valid reason are entitled to take it during the make-up session. You must act quickly: you have only three calendar days to submit your documents, including the day of the exam itself.
The application and a document confirming the reason for your absence (for example, a medical certificate) must be submitted to the regional center for educational quality assessment. The decision regarding admission to the retake will appear in the participant’s personal account.

asked questions
What exams must be taken to enroll in a graduate program?
A mandatory requirement for admission is passing the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE). It consists of two sections: a general academic proficiency test (GAPT) and a foreign language test (English, German, French, or Spanish).
After successfully passing the UEE, applicants take subject-specific entrance exams directly at their chosen university.
What is the passing score for the UEE for graduate school?
To be admitted to the specialized exams at the university, applicants must achieve a minimum threshold score, which is set annually by the Ministry of Education. Scores are calculated on a scale of 100–200 points for each section (TZNK and foreign language).
How do I register for the graduate school entrance exam?
Registration is handled by the admissions committees of higher education institutions. Applicants must submit a set of documents to their chosen university either remotely or in person. After processing the data, the admissions committee registers the applicant in the UTSOKO database and generates an exam schedule.
