The National University (NU) will publish the 1st Release Slip merit list for the 2025–2026 first-year Honours admission tomorrow, July 22, at 4:00 pm. The information was announced in an official notice issued by the National University on Monday (July 21).
According to the notice, the results of the 1st Release Slip will be available via SMS from 4:00 pm on the same day, while applicants will be able to check their results online from 9:00 pm through the university’s admission website. To receive the result by SMS, applicants should type NU
The result will also be available on the National University admission portal at www.nu.ac.bd/admissions. The notice further states that any student selected in the 1st Release Slip merit list who is already enrolled in another academic programme for the 2024–2025 academic session must cancel their previous admission by July 28 and complete the final admission form online.
Failure to cancel the previous admission within the stipulated deadline will result in the cancellation of the student’s 2025–2026 first-year Honours admission and registration due to dual enrolment. The university also clarified that students selected under the 1st Release Slip merit list will not be allowed to change their allocated subject. All admission procedures for candidates selected through the 1st Release Slip merit list must be completed according to the schedule set by the National University.
