Srinagar, July 17: The University of Kashmir has reopened the online application portal for admission to various one-year and two-year Master’s programmes following repeated requests from principals of affiliated colleges and candidates who were unable to apply within the stipulated deadline.
An official from Kashmir University said that the decision was taken in response to continuous representations from principals of various colleges seeking another opportunity for their students to submit online application forms. The University also considered requests from applicants who had missed the earlier application window.
The online application facility has been extended until July 19, 2026, with the portal remaining open up to 1:00 pm.
The official further said that the datesheet for the entrance examinations has already been uploaded on the University’s official website. Candidates have been advised to complete the application process within the extended deadline and refer to the published examination schedule for further details.
