The University of Delhi has announced the commencement of Phase II registration for candidates seeking admission to its one-year postgraduate (PG) programmes for the academic session 2026-27.
Candidates who completed Phase I registration through the Delhi University PG Admission Portal can now proceed with Phase II registration from August 8, 2026. However, the Phase II registration facility is available only for programmes where the admission process has not yet commenced.

CANDIDATES MUST SELECT COURSES LEADING TO A MAJOR
During Phase II, candidates are required to select courses that will lead to the award of a Major in the relevant discipline. The university has advised applicants to carefully check and verify the total credits required for obtaining a Major, along with the applicable SGPA and CGPA requirements.
For details of programmes where the admission process has already commenced, candidates have been advised to refer to the “05-08-2026-PG-One year schedule.pdf” issued by the university.
The last date to complete Phase II registration is Monday, August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
